Unsuitable or defective items may be returned for a refund provided they are returned to our fulfilment centre within 21 days of the original delivery date. **Online orders cannot be returned to one of our stores**.
Items should be in brand-new, unused condition and ideally be in their original packaging. We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they're securely packed. Where possible, returned items should include tags and any packaging e.g. shoes should be returned with the original shoe box.
All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
We recommend using an insured shipping service for your protection. Defective products will be replaced without an additional shipping charge.
We'll refund the price you purchased your item at - this includes sale items.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
2 for $X price promotions - If for any reason you wish to return BOTH items purchased you will be refunded the promotion offer price. However, if you wish to return only one out of the two items, the promotion will no longer be valid and you will be refunded the difference of the full price item to the promotion price.
Please note that base layers (bottoms and sets) are classified as undergarments and are non-returnable unless faulty.

You can return any unwanted items purchased in a Trespass store back to a Trespass store within 21 days of the original purchase, providing that they are in the condition you received them in, with all tags attached. If you have proof of purchase, please bring it with you. If not, please contact your local store here.
It can usually take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
Once your return has been completed, we’ll send you an email letting you know when your refund or has been processed. This is usually within 1 day of your return being received in our warehouse.
Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 business days, depending on your payment method issuer.
If you’ve returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow 1 day for all your returns to be completed.
If your return has not reached us after 14 working days, please track your items to see their status.

Trespass products are guaranteed for 12 months when purchased directly from Trespass, If your item was purchased from a 3rd party please contact them directly. Any goods which are returned to our Quality Assurance team for testing must be in clean condition & proof of purchase must be included with your return.
